HostCase AI uses AI to structure your case. You stay the decision-maker.

How AI is used

Your case analysis, evidence assessment, strategy notes and drafts are generated by an AI model from the information you supply. The output is an operational assessment, not a determination of who is right.

What it will not do

The system is instructed to never:

  • treat an allegation from either side as a proven fact
  • invent evidence, documents, amounts or dates you did not provide
  • quote a policy clause, rule or policy number it cannot verify — it says “Policy verification required” instead
  • state a probability of winning
  • send anything to a guest or platform on your behalf

AI can still be wrong

AI output can be incomplete or mistaken. Read every draft before you send it, check that every fact and amount matches your records, and confirm any policy point against the platform's current published terms. Nothing produced by HostCase AI is legal, tax or insurance advice.

Policy information

Our policy library contains only verified entries with the date they were last checked. Platform policies change, and a verified entry can go out of date. Where a case turns on a policy detail, verify it at the source before relying on it.

Human review

On eligible plans you can request review of a case by a person before you act on it. Human review is a quality check on the case material; it is not legal representation.
