Terms of Service

1. What HostCase AI is

HostCase AI is an independent software service that helps accommodation hosts organise a guest issue into a structured case: the facts you supply, the evidence you hold, the gaps in that evidence, the platform policy that may apply, and draft messages you can review and send yourself.

HostCase AI is not a law firm, an insurer, a booking platform or a debt collector. It is not endorsed by or associated with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo or any other platform.

2. What HostCase AI is not

HostCase AI does not:

• provide legal advice, or act as your legal representative
• guarantee the outcome of any claim, refund, chargeback or review
• send messages to guests or platforms on your behalf — you always approve and send
• create, alter or embellish evidence
• assist with review manipulation, misrepresentation or deception of any kind

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your login secure, and for everything done under your account. You must be entitled to act for the property or booking you are creating a case about.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use HostCase AI to harass anyone, to submit knowingly false statements to a platform, to fabricate a claim, or to upload content you have no right to share. We may suspend accounts used this way.

5. Payments, credits and plans

Case packs are sold as one-time purchases or through monthly plans. A case credit is consumed only when a full case analysis is successfully produced. Free case scans never consume a credit, and a technical failure never consumes a credit.

Purchased credits do not expire. Monthly plan allowances do not roll over. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us permission to process it in order to provide the service. We do not sell your case content.

7. Limitation of liability

HostCase AI is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached.
